Easy Food Diary is an app that has been created for those of us who need a really simple, quick and easy way to make a note of what we are eating and how many calories we are consuming.
If you are already regulating your diet and you already know or can easily work out the calories in the food that you eat, then you do not want to be sifting through pages and pages of food database entries just to find the particular brand of corn flakes you have just eaten for the small reward of not having to type the calories in too.
With Food Diary, after just one button press you can be typing in "Corn Flakes" and "300" (calories) to instantly add it to your daily food journal.
Whats more, you never have to type the same meal twice. For example, once youve added Corn Flakes for 300 calories on a Monday, you can then add that same again on Tuesday with a couple of taps and without having to re-type it in.
Food Diary believes that you dont need a calorie counter with a database of hundreds of thousands of foods if you already know what youre eating. How many of those foods will YOU eat? 20? 50? Maybe 100 tops? With Food Diary you will have already started to build your own personal database of foods after a very short time at which point you will spend practically no time at all recording your daily food consumption.
